Before mounting the frames on the hull jig I spent the time to fillet the internal corners and fill the screw heads with West System epoxy mixed with filleting micro balloons.
I also coated the frames with 2 coats of bote cote epoxy, with the fist coats thinned with TPRDA (timber preservative and reactive diligent agent). Which thins the epoxy and helps with penetration (if you believe them). The recommendation is 3 coates of epoxy so will give it all a third coats once the hull is the right way up.
