Building Frames

During 2023 I built the frames for the boat. I started by cutting all the CNC part out of the ply and timber and cleaning the tabs off on a little cheap bench sander. In hindsight I may have been better off cutting the gussets from the ply as I needed them.

Frame E

I started with frame E. All frames were glued with West System epoxy thickened with gluing powder, the gussets were also screw fixed with stainless screws

The next frame was Frame A, I made a bigger table to work on the next frames.
